Mark Reeve and his partner David Wex founded Urban Capital in 1996. Since then the company has delivered more than 5,000 urban condominiums and town homes, with another 3,000 under construction and several thousand in the pipeline, totaling more than $4 billion in development. The Company’s work has pioneered new urban locations and modern, functional design. The company continues to build on that DNA, with new markets, new architectural approaches, new interior features and layouts, and new environmental measures.
Mark Reeve has more than 30 years of broad-based experience in the real estate development industry. Mark has directed the development of a wide range of projects and has overseen numerous property acquisitions and dispositions. Mark holds an undergraduate degree in urban planning from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
